Seventh Circle (Earth) – Leading

Leadership

Once initiated, the Beacon is now asked regularly to lead rituals, coordinate activities and major events, reach out to the larger community, conduct interviews, write articles, counsel, vision, and create. They become an integral focal point in the net, supporting and guiding others along the path.

Circle Content

Establish a link between gods and community, and help people make that link themselves
Administer sacraments, meaning be able to perform the rituals of the religion
Clearly articulate the body of lore or doctrine of the Church to anyone
Teach what you know
Take responsibility for making things happen
Put out fires effectively, in a real and a metaphorical sense
Create original material
Maintain clarity of vision for the community
Be able to deal with administrative issues effectively and appropriately, within a required time-frame
Be able to raise power magically
Lead regular services
Be water-siblings with several other CAW members
Ongoing Personal Training in Mastery/ Accreditation of Specialized Arts
Demonstrate the skills and personality traits needed in a good leader
Maintain humility and strive to continue personal growth always
