CAW's Organizational Structure is unique, as is CAW. Our interconnecting webs often have overlap, and with a small membership we often have a few people all wearing lots of different hats. The structure is designed to be forward thinking and intended to prepare the organization to grow and evolve. Functions are split up into multiple task groups (called Councils or sub-councils/committees), each with specific areas of responsibility, to allow opportunity for as many members as possible to find their own unique way to contribute to the mission.

Figuring out which Council, Sub-Council or Committee to contact for what task, though, can be a bit daunting.   To help you out, here's simplified list of which email address to use for common inquiries. If you don't see it on this list, please just e-mail caw@caw.org, and our admin will redirect your mail.  Using the links on the list, however, will send emails to the right person with subject lines targeted to get you the quickest response possible.
