to celebrate Samhain 2018
Hope Lives in the Darkness:
A Journey Between Worlds
November 2nd - 4th, 2018
at Annwfn located in Mendocino County, CA

Donation Request: $60 - $90 sliding scale for the weekend or $30 for one day

No one will be turned away due to lack of funds

If you plan to pay at the event, please send an email to with the number of people who will be attending, and we will send you directions to the event and the NEW gate code needed to enter.
Cash or Money Order only. We no longer accept checks.

10pm Open Bardic Ceremony - Bring an Offering to Share


11am Potluck Brunch
1pm Honoring and Procession for Don Bear Wilkinson
4pm Grief Workshop
6pm Potluck Dinner
Dusk Samhain High Ritual - Hope Lives in the Darkness; A Journey Between Worlds
11pm Dark Vigil in the Upper Meadow Cemetery - Sit in Silence with your Beloved Dead


10am Potluck Brunch
11am Ministerial Ordination Ceremony
1pm Closing Ritual

Pack Up and Pack Out all items and personal trash

What to Bring with You

Potluck Item for each meal you will be attending. Each participant is responsible for their own meals.

All Personal Camping and Bedding Equipment (Reusable Dishes, stove, propane, tent, pillow)


Flashlights, Lanterns, Walking Staff, Hiking/Walking Shoes

Picture of your BeLoved Dead for the Altar (will be returned to you)

Personal Drinking Water and Water Bottle

A small bottle of water from your house - To Be used in Ritual

In addition to your usual camping equipment, bring a comfortable mat or pad to lie upon (in circle), or a canvas chair.


Shuttle Service is available just park in the Lower Parking Lot and use the walky talky in the Red Phone Booth.
